Welcome to VIP Real Estate ("the App"), developed and operated by Nexap ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the VIP Real Estate mobile application available on the Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using VIP Real Estate, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the VIP Real Estate App and its CRM features.
• Process and sync your call records with our backend systems.

4. Call Log Permission

VIP Real Estate requests access to your phone call logs (READ_CALL_LOG, READ_PHONE_STATE) to enable the CRM call tracking feature. This permission is used exclusively to log incoming and outgoing calls with your clients. Call log data is synced to our secure servers and is used solely for business CRM purposes within the App.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in hosting, analytics, and App operations, under strict data protection agreements.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
